Our typical fee is £349, however for complex scenarios this may rise to £549. This is split into two parts, our £49 admin fee payable when we submit your application with the remaining balance (our arrangement fee) which is due only when your mortgage offer is secured. For later life lending such as equity release we charge a fee of £995.
