Rita loves being a problem solver for her clients and she puts them at the heart of what she does! After all, she has 22 years’ experience in the field and is still learning as the industry changes daily! Even when she is cooking, which she loves doing and going for long walks, she is still thinking about how she can come up with solutions.
Rohit Kohli
Rohit has spent over 25 years working in some of the UK’s leading blue chip companies managing teams that supported the delivery of world leading customer service. Rohit likes a challenge, for example being a Southampton FC season ticket holder. He has two teenage kids and is an avid PC gamer.

Taylor Brown
Taylor enjoys learning about all things marketing and has recently passed her Digital Marketing apprenticeship. She is excited to further grow her marketing skills. She also enjoys being organised and planning quizzes, especially for family quiz night even if she sometimes gives the answers away.
Debbie Weldon
Debbie’s career has been in the Home Entertainment industry where she spent over 25 years with Disney, Warner Bros. and Twentieth Century Fox, organising the manufacture and delivery of DVD and Blu-ray discs to retailers all over the world. Following a switch from Hollywood to Financial Services to support her husband’s Financial Adviser business, Debbie is now a Mortgage Adviser at The Mortgage Stop. In her spare time, she’s out and about with Blossom the Rhodesian Ridgeback and Peanut the caravan.
